I'm a personal trainer that fell off the wagon for 4 long years. I've still been able to help people along the way but now that I'm back on track, I find myself sharing a lot of the same information. Here I can share it with everyone that wants it.
I have over 15 years of trials and errors made in the gym. One of the biggest lessons I've learned is that there is no need to rush fitness. trust and enjoy the process, the results will come.
